Shipping policy

At Felspar, every order is packaged with care and intention. We aim to deliver a seamless shopping experience from our studio to your doorstep.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.

During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience as we ensure your order meets Felspar’s quality standards.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within Canada and select international destinations.

Our standard rates are:

  • Canada: $14.90 flat rate

  • Free shipping on orders over $150 (before tax and after discounts)

  • International: Flat rate of $25

All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 3–8 business days after dispatch

  • United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch

  • International: 10–20 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays beyond our control.

Sustainable Packaging

In keeping with our eco-conscious philosophy, Felspar uses recyclable and biodegradable packaging wherever possible. We encourage you to reuse or recycle our materials responsibly.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your order directly through the courier’s website or through your Felspar account page.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at [your email address] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
